Equestrian Elegance - Abby and Grant's Wedding at Dark Horse Vineyard
Abby and Grant’s wedding at Dark Horse Vineyard was a picturesque celebration filled with love, laughter, and delicious cuisine. The day was filled with clear skies and sunshine as Abby and Grant prepared for their ceremony. All details were executed to perfection with a stunning display of white flowers paired with pastel pink and orange flowers to surround the couple during the ceremony.
Adding an extra personal touch, Abby and Grant brought their two horses and beloved dog to the venue, infusing the day with a sense of family and connection.
With 105 guests in attendance the event buzzed with joyous energy. Kicking off the 8-hour bar service guests were treated to a 2 hour cocktail service including Espresso Martinis, Amaretto Sours, and Margaritas, all of which were served from the Wild Ivory Mobile Bars charming horse float bar. As guests made their way inside the bar staff began service from the venues onsite indoor bar, offering a beer, wine and sparkling from the bar and table service to ensuring that guests stayed refreshed throughout the festivities.
The catering package they selected was a 3 course alternate drop menu which was prepared, cooked and served by 7 team members from The Wilderness Chef.

Entree:
BBQ Chorizo, roasted eggplant ratatouille, glazed zucchini & truffle capers and sumac sunflower seeds.
Seared Scallops, coconut tom cha, shaved papaya, pickled carrot, baby corn, Vietnamese mint and toasted peanut crumb.
Mains:
Braised Beef Brisket, creamy potato salad, charred broccolini, romesco and crispy kale.
Crispy Porchetta, charred carrot, glazed leek, shaved cabbage + fennel slaw and dukkah.
Dessert:
The wedding cake was cut and served for desert with some fresh berries and vanilla bean cream.
After the three-course feast, Abby, Grant, and their guests took to the dance floor, their laughter and joy filling the air. Against the enchanting backdrop of Dark Horse Vineyard, every moment of Abby and Grant’s wedding radiated magic and warmth, creating memories that will be cherished for a lifetime."
