Crystal & Aayush’s Dream Wedding at Suzarosa, Blue Mountains

On the 14th of September 2024, Crystal and Aayush celebrated their love in the breathtaking Blue Mountains, at the stunning Suzarosa venue. Surrounded by family, friends, and the incredible views of the mountains, their wedding was a magical day filled with joy, delicious food, and unforgettable memories.

The Venue – Suzarosa, Blue Mountains

Nestled in the heart of the Blue Mountains, Suzarosa provided the perfect backdrop for this beautiful occasion. Located at 17 Berambing Crest, the venue’s natural beauty and serene setting elevated the day, giving Crystal and Aayush the fairy-tale celebration they had always dreamed of.

The Menu

The Wilderness Chef catered for Crystal and Aayush’s 72 guests, offering a menu that showcased fresh, bold flavours. Guests were treated to an array of stunning canapés and mains that left a lasting impression.

Canapes

• Portobello Mushroom Arancini , leek , thyme, parmesan & truffle lemon aioli

• BBQ Chorizo Roll, bruschetta, Chimichurri, vintage cheddar, Dijon & pickled onions

• Smoked Salmon, Charred, Tartare, Dill & toasted sesame.

Mains protein

• Moorish Spiced Lamb Rump, zhoug salsa & aleppo

• Roasted Porchetta , jus , caramelised apple & cranberry chutney (contains Beef/ Pork)

Sides

• Potato salad, sundried tomatoes, garden peas, celery, dill & Dukkah

• BBQ carrot Harissa with beetroot relish & Dukkah

• BBQ Broccoli, whipped garlic Tahini, Pasley, Sumac Sunflower seeds.

The younger guests were not forgotten either, with a kid-friendly menu of chicken nuggets, chips, and tomato sauce ensuring everyone was well catered for.

Drinks by Wild Ivory Mobile Bar

The celebration continued with expertly crafted drinks by Wild Ivory Mobile Bar. Cocktail hour kicked off with a selection of refreshing mocktails, followed by a fully stocked bar featuring beer, wine, and spirits. Their stylish Hamptons Bar set the perfect scene for toasts and celebrations throughout the night.
