A Taste of Autumn: An exclusive event at Talulah

Nestled in the heart of The Junction, Talulah set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience on March 2nd, 2024. With an intimate gathering of 34 guests, the evening featured an exclusive menu curated by our talented chefs.

Starter:

The meal commenced with a burst of flavours with a Panko Zucchini Flowers, Stuffed with roast pumpkin and caramelised onion, complemented by sun-dried tomato pesto, this dish set the perfect tone for the evening.

Entree:

Next, guests were treated to a Peruvian Style Tasmanian Salmon, Served atop a crispy tostada and accompanied by pickled celery, eshallot, and apple, this dish showcased a blend of flavours and textures.

Main Course:

For the main course, BBQ 6+ Wagyu Beef Rump, Paired with herbed mushrooms, charred sweet potato, kale, and pangritata, this dish is rich and full of flavour.

Dessert Delight:

To conclude, a Peach Tart, topped with whipped vanilla mascarpone, caramel, berries, and pecans, this dessert was a sweet and delicate dessert was the perfect conclusion.

From first bite to the last, this specially curated menu was a hit amongst guests, showcasing the best of fresh produce and perfectly paired flavours. Talulah was the ideal backdrop for this event with its intimate size and cosy environment, creating a relaxed atmosphere. It was an evening that epitomised the art of fine dining and creating moments that bring people together.
